Renders
How long does a render take?
About 3 minutes for most listings — each scene runs through our cinematic AI engine (Veo 3.1), which is the heavy step. We bake in a corner headshot, color grade, and persistent watermark while you wait.
You review every scene before publishing, so nothing goes out that you haven't approved.
What if a scene comes out wrong?
AI video isn't perfect — occasionally a scene needs a redo. Risky rooms (kitchens, baths, pools, laundry) render conservatively by design to stay true to your photo, and you review every scene before publishing.
If any scene looks off, open the render in your library, scroll to Scene-by-scene fixes, and click Regenerate on that scene. We re-roll just that one clip, re-stitch the master, and update your library — usually in 60–180 seconds. Regenerating a scene is always free.
How many photos can I upload?
Up to 60. The render uses 24 of them. If you upload more than 24, hit Pick best 24 with AI and OpenAI Vision will score every photo and arrange the strongest 24 in tour order.
Eight is the minimum for a full tour; below that the video feels thin.
Billing & trial
What does the free trial include?
Seven days and one free rendered video — whichever you hit first. No credit card required. Full access to the cinematic AI engine and every export format during the trial.
After the trial ends, your library, brand kit, and rendered videos stay in your account. You just can't render new videos until you pick a plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From the app: Settings → Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access until then, and your library stays put.
Refunds?
If a render fails because of something on our end (worker outage, bad hallucination flagged within 24 hours), we credit you a replacement render at no charge.
Subscription fees aren't refundable except where required by law. Email support@estatemotion.ai if you think your case is the exception.
Account & data
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete my account. We remove your profile, brand kit, library, and uploaded photos within 30 days. Stripe billing records are retained as required by tax law.
Tip: hit Download my data right above the delete button first — it gives you a portable JSON snapshot of everything.
Where do my listing photos live?
Supabase Storage in the US, behind row-level security so only your account can access them. Listing photos go to OpenAI for room classification and Runway for AI motion — neither uses them to train models (per their published API policies). Full details in our Privacy Policy.
